2025 ROMBA Conference

We hope to host the biggest and most successful Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA) Conference in our history, reminding ourselves and our communities what it looks like to powerfully claim our place as a LGBTQ+ business community. We are pleased to share that the 2025 ROMBA Conference will be held in the great city of New Orleans.
While we have had these dates planned for some time, we delayed the final announcement when we became aware that the 2025 ROMBA Conference will overlap with the 2025 National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) conference. We have already begun to look at 2026 and beyond to attempt to avoid future overlaps and ensure we support our community.
