Los Angeles, California, January 26th, 2026 – In celebration of Black History Month, the Greater Los Angeles African American Chamber of Commerce (GLAAACC) will host a special Installation Breakfast honoring the installation of its 2026–2028 Board of Directors on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at The Proud Bird, 11022 Aviation Blvd. Los Angeles, 90045
This commemorative event will highlight the achievements, heritage, and contributions of GLAAACC’s incoming Board members and the continued impact of Black leadership in business and community development.
“Black History Month is a powerful time to reflect on our legacy and recommit to building the future,” said Gene Hale, Chairman of GLAAACC. “This Installation Breakfast is more than a ceremony – it’s a celebration of leadership, service, and the continued progress of Black business in Los Angeles. We are honored to welcome Councilwoman Heather Hutt as we install our 2026–2028 Board of Directors and look ahead to the impact we will make together.”
The Installation Breakfast will feature Los Angeles Councilwoman Heather Hutt, who will administer the Oath of Office and deliver special remarks in recognition of the Chamber’s leadership and commitment to empowering Black-owned businesses across the region.
