At ConnectComm Magazine, our Best of the Best lists have long-recognized companies and schools that go above and beyond in fostering inclusive workplaces and institutions driving impactful initiatives. As we continue to evolve, we are restructuring our approach to better align with our newly refined format.

With these enhancements in mind, we decided to pause the Best of the Best lists for 2025, but are moving forward in 2026 with Top STEM Schools and Top Disability Employers surveys and evaluations. We have refined our research methodology to ensure we deliver the most accurate, comprehensive, and impactful rankings yet. Given the evolving landscape and current industry shifts, we are taking this opportunity to reimagine and elevate how we recognize organizations leading the way in recruitment, enrollment, supplier engagement and workplace culture.
